Step One
Using the Web Client
Logging in
After learning more about Vigilance, we recommend that you navigate to the Web Client and send your first Alert. If you are having difficulties logging in, please ensure that you are using the same Username and Customer ID you entered when creating your trial. For the password, you should have received a temporary password via SMS. If you are still having trouble logging in, do not hesitate to reach out to us by visiting our support page.
Setup and Usage
Once logged in, navigate to the User Settings tab and ensure that your information is correct so that you can receive your first Alert notification via SMS and/or email. After confirming this information, you are now ready to send your first Alert.
Within the Send Alert tab, choose your site and location from the dropdown menus, click the Alert you want to use, fill in any information you want the Alert to contain, and hit Send Alert.

Using the Mobile Application
How to download
You are now ready to use the Vigilance Software Mobile Application. You will need to download the application that is compatible with the operating system of your phone. For iPhones, navigate to the Apple iTunes Store and search for Vigilance Mobile, or follow this link here. For Androids, navigate to the Google Play Store and search for Vigilance Mobile, or follow this link here

Usage
The first thing you will need to do once you log in is to set your site and location. You have the option of changing this at any time. To send an Alert, tap the “Create Alert” or “Send Alert” button, choose the Alert you want to initiate, add any message to be sent with the Alert (Optional) and hit the Send Alert button.

Using the Admin Console
Logging In

Usage
The Admin Console is where you manage everything within the Vigilance eco-system. We recommend navigating to our internal guides, within the Admin Console, to go through our setup documentation. Also, we have created how-to videos on using the Admin Console which can be viewed on our YouTube page here.
